If your counter show an “X” and shows 0(zero) it means your phone is hard locked and it can’t be unlocked by a code.
Also Max Attempts:255 is Hard locked.
If hard locked use Xperia unlock tool by PC.
If your counter does’t show an “X” and shows 0(zero) it means your phone is already unlocked.
